What a joy they truly are! Voices so
soooft, only a "chirp", and the bluest of blue eyes. Ragdolls’ coats are extremely thick, feeling and appearing like rabbit fur, and they absolutely
adore their humans. They greet you at the door, follow you from room to
room, flop on you, sleep with you, and love you. Gentle giants! And as they
are careful to avoid scratching, they are excellent with children, the elderly, and dogs. They shed very little, rarely have
hairballs, are so well behaved, and always eager to please. |
|
When I first
read about these unique cats, I had a real hard
time believing what I read... "low, low shedding, very quiet, lap-loving,
soul mates!" ‘This must be the perfect pet!’ I searched long and hard to
locate one even somewhat close to us (8 hours driving time). That’s when we
found our China Blue. What a miracle!! China has
now joined the ranks of 'Retired Queen'. She is now boss of all the
other girlies.

So, after being
blessed to have a Ragdoll, a lot of soul-searching, and wanting another one
so, so badly, we decided to begin breeding these precious creatures to help
make them available in our area. We’re located in
Southeast Missouri, about half way between St Louis and Memphis,
Tn. Our Queen and King breeders are from TOP-NOTCHED breeders. |
|
And with them, we
breed to create beautiful cats that possess the true Ragdoll temperament,
flopiness, and
size. Being concerned for a completely healthy diet, our Ragdolls are fed a
food with the #1 ingredient being meat!
Due to our
location, as yet, I haven’t gotten to show any of my Ragdolls. However, the
blood lines in our babies do have Championship titles. Who knows, maybe
someday we’ll drum up a show in our area.

...be prepared. Once you have one Ragdoll, you’ll have to have another.
Words cannot and will not prepare you for the absolutely serene joy these babies
give. Only after you’ve been blessed to have one, will you understand and share
in our excitement…
y ou will then know why Ragdolls have been called... |
the world's SWEETEST cat.

A beautiful Butterfly lights beside us, like a sunbeam.
And for one brief moment, its glory and beauty is with us.
Then it flies away again.
And though we wish it could have stayed,
We feel truly blessed to have enjoyed it,
If for only a very brief time.
